Makes the nastiest smelling mixture you can imagine.
Fill a 5 gallon bucket 1/2 to 3/4's full of milo (get it at a feed store) and cover with water. 3 to 4 inches of water.
Place the lid on loosely (must be allowed to vent as it will build up pressure) and let stand in the sun for 3 to 4 weeks.
I don't recommend doing this where a breeze is likely to carry the aroma over to a neighbor's house or where the wife might get a whiff.
Check the water level and keep the milo covered.
When the mixture has soured... take the bucket fishing with you.
Scattter some of the mixture (a few pints) around the area where you wish to fish. Give it about 20 to 30 minutes and drop your baited hook. Works EVERY time!
